Service description
1. If the customer provides cell lines, they can provide cryopreserved or cultured cells, and additional instructions about the cell (cell background, culture information, viability test, mycoplasma test, etc.), among which the stored cells can be transported by dry ice. The cells in culture can be transported by T-25 flask filled with culture medium;
2. For the isolation and culture of primary cells, please consult in advance. The corresponding tissues must be provided, as well as the relevant information about cell isolation and culture;
3. The cell culture service itself only provides cell culture pictures and cultured cells (preserved in cryopreservation tubes). If there is a follow-up experiment, the corresponding experiment report, product, etc. will be provided according to the follow-up experiment.
