It is recommended that you strictly refer to the following standard operations when using lentivirus for experiments:
A. Please wear laboratory clothes, gloves, masks and hats when operating the virus.
B. It is recommended to use a biological safety cabinet during virus operation! Be especially careful not to generate aerosols or splashes when handling viruses. If the biological safety cabinet is contaminated with viruses during operation, please wipe it clean with 70% alcohol or 0.06% NaClO3 solution immediately.
C. Special waste treatment: 6% NaClO3 solution soaked for 30 minutes, or sealed and autoclaved, then thrown into a biological waste collection bag.
D. If you accidentally touch the skin, please wash immediately with plenty of soap and water; after the experiment, wash your hands with soap and water.
